Guwahati Realtors Association referred as GRA, a non-profit association registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 at Guwahati having its registered office at Protech Pritam, Near Masjid, Athgaon Road, Guwahati-781 001. . All our members are mostly full time real estate brokers / property dealers / real estate agents / realtors belonging to Guwahati and all are well established.
The main objective of the association is to streamline and promote the profession of real estate brokerage, exchange of information, exchange of contacts and to achieve transparency, accountability, fair dealing and ethical practices in real estate industry.
GRA will also works towards avenues of providing quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction, regulation of profession, creating credibility and expertise technology advancement in the area of real estate industry for public at large. GRA is a licensed member with “NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS-INDIA” (NAR-INDIA), Door no.201, Barton Centre, 84, M.G.Road, Bangalore-560001 (www.narindia.com),which has thirty six licensed member associations in their fold with over forty thousand membership.
Our Vision
The vision of GRA is to be bridge between Government, Real Estate Developers and the customers in order to develop transparency and be a nodal agency for all the activities and to meet the expectations of all the stakeholders in the area of Real Estate.
GRA is also committed to identify and take steps, through enforcement of code of ethics and by assisting appropriate regulatory bodies to eliminate practices which may damage, discredit or bring dishonor to the real estate profession.
